How CEREC Works Step by Step

CEREC begins with a digital intraoral scan of your prepared tooth – no impression trays, no material in your mouth. That scan is used to design a virtual crown in the CEREC software, where Dr. Velkovski refines the fit and shape to match your bite precisely. The design is sent to the in-office milling unit, which carves the crown from a single block of dental ceramic in approximately 15 minutes. Dr. Velkovski verifies the fit, makes any adjustments, and cements the crown permanently – all before you leave.

CEREC ceramic crowns are clinically comparable to lab-fabricated crowns in strength and longevity – they are made from the same class of materials and fabricated to equally precise digital specifications.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. called them at 9am this morning in a indescribable pain and they got me in within an hour. when arriving in the office, not only was i greeted so kindly but they immediately got me back into a room to help with the issue i had going on. the entire staff was so beyond kind, continued to reassure me everything was going to be okay. as i sat in the chair, i was shaking from pain and anxiety and the staff went the extra mile to show me support and calm me down. i didn’t have health insurance and at the end the office informed me of care plans they do to really help someone like me who’s without insurance! i couldn’t recommend this office enough! thank you twin oaks!
