How long does SureSmile treatment take?

How many hours per day do I wear the aligners?
SureSmile aligners should be worn 20 to 22 hours per day for treatment to stay on track. They are removed for eating, drinking anything other than water, brushing, and flossing.
Does SureSmile hurt?
Most patients experience mild pressure or tenderness when switching to a new aligner in the sequence – this is normal and signals that the teeth are moving. There are no brackets or wires to cause irritation to the cheeks or gums.
What happens after I finish my aligners?
