We gladly accept most major dental plans.

We will help to maximize your reimbursements, as well as send you a monthly statement regarding your account. Remember that most providers will typically respond within four to six weeks, so please call our office at (248) 553-3100 if your payment has not appeared on your statement in that time. The remaining balance(s) after insurance payment is the patient’s responsibility, so we thank you in advance for promptly meeting your obligations.

In-Network Providers

We accept most traditional insurance plans and are currently in-network with Delta Dental. Contact our office at (248) 553-3100 to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO)/Medicaid plans; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. We also offer a flexible payment plan through CareCredit®.

called them at 9am this morning in a indescribable pain and they got me in within an hour. when arriving in the office, not only was i greeted so kindly but they immediately got me back into a room to help with the issue i had going on. the entire staff was so beyond kind, continued to reassure me everything was going to be okay. as i sat in the chair, i was shaking from pain and anxiety and the staff went the extra mile to show me support and calm me down. i didn’t have health insurance and at the end the office informed me of care plans they do to really help someone like me who’s without insurance! i couldn’t recommend this office enough! thank you twin oaks!

The Hygienist is really kind and my cleanings have been painless and quick. The Dentist feels more human and caring versus just another doctor out to make all he can off you.
