What to Expect During and After
The area is thoroughly numbed with local anesthesia before Dr. Velkovski begins. You will feel pressure and movement but should not experience pain during the procedure. Simple extractions typically take just a few minutes. Aftercare involves biting on gauze to control initial bleeding, avoiding the extraction site while eating for the first day or two, and following any specific instructions Dr. Velkovski provides. Most patients return to normal activity within 24 to 48 hours.
